Historic hall, modern solutions
TGA Romberg, Preuß Klimatechnik GmbH
The climatisation of a historic industrial hall with three completely different uses - surfing, events and co-working - placed special demands on the system solution.
In addition, it was not possible to install the ventilation units on the roof, which required a flexible and customised solution.
Our solution
- Swimming pool climatisation in accordance with VDI 2089 for the surfing and event area with simultaneous fulfilment of DIN EN 16798 for event halls
Climate control for the meeting rooms of the co-working space in accordance with workplace guidelines (ASR 3.6)
Customised unit placement: one ventilation unit indoors in visible installation, the second outdoors
By customising the ventilation systems, it was possible to meet the requirements of a modern swimming pool climate as well as the needs for events and office work.
