Fresh air on the renovation and timetable

Hühnerheide primary school in Dinslaken was faced with the task of sustainably improving the air quality in the classrooms without disrupting school operations or making major structural changes. Integrating the ventilation system into the existing building fabric was particularly challenging. The units also had to maintain an extremely low sound pressure level. At the same time, a high level of energy efficiency was required in order to reduce the school's operating costs.

  • Use of decentralised WOLF CGL 2 edu ventilation units with CO₂-controlled fresh air supply.
  • Compact design with a fresh air flow rate of more than 25 m³/h per person.
  • Whisper-quiet operation with a sound pressure level of just 35 dB(A) at a distance of one metre.
  • Highly efficient heat recovery for significant energy savings.
