If faults occur in the heating technology, we won't leave you out in the cold. Our WOLF service hotline and a nationwide network of highly trained service technicians ensure that you get help quickly.

The factory customer service is available to you from Monday to Friday in the event of problems with the heating system or other WOLF products. During the heating season, the heating service is also available on Saturdays.

Maintenance

A maintenance contract for your WOLF heating system has many advantages. It ensures reliable and energy-saving operation, as your system is regularly checked, cleaned and readjusted during maintenance.

In addition, experts detect possible wear and tear in good time before faults occur.

Adjustment service

Would you like to ensure that your heating system is optimally set, or would you like to make changes to the settings.

A service technician from the WOLF factory customer service will be happy to check the control parameters of your oil heating system, heat pump, gas heating system or other heating technology on site and will also carry out an exhaust gas measurement (for oil and gas units).

All settings will be checked and optimised and, if necessary, adjusted according to your wishes.

Frequently asked questions

  • You can find assembly and operating instructions for our products as PDF files in our Download Centre. Here you can also download further information material on your WOLF products free of charge. If you do not find what you are looking for there, we will be happy to send you the required documents by e-mail. Simply write to us using the contact form.

  • If the malfunction cannot be permanently eliminated despite pressing the reset button, please contact your heating contractor with an error description, the error code and information on the unit type. The contractual partner from whom you purchased the system is responsible for warranty claims.

  • In our service app, you will find the WOLF error code inspector, which provides a description for quick troubleshooting.

  • WOLF units are delivered with factory settings that can be individually adjusted. It is best to contact your installer for this.

  • To ensure that the heating system functions safely and reliably, there is a regular maintenance obligation in accordance with ยง 11 EnEV 2009. Oil and gas appliances, for example, should be serviced by the installer once a year and depending on the operating hours.

  • Maintenance and repairs are usually carried out by the responsible installation company. If necessary, the installer can contact our customer service.

  • All approved heating contractors are qualified to install and advise on WOLF products. We support installers throughout Germany via our sales offices.
