Frequently asked questions
If the malfunction cannot be permanently eliminated despite pressing the reset button, please contact your heating contractor with an error description, the error code and information on the unit type. The contractual partner from whom you purchased the system is responsible for warranty claims.
In our service app, you will find the WOLF error code inspector, which provides a description for quick troubleshooting.
WOLF units are delivered with factory settings that can be individually adjusted. It is best to contact your installer for this.
To ensure that the heating system functions safely and reliably, there is a regular maintenance obligation in accordance with ยง 11 EnEV 2009. Oil and gas appliances, for example, should be serviced by the installer once a year and depending on the operating hours.
Maintenance and repairs are usually carried out by the responsible installation company. If necessary, the installer can contact our customer service.
All approved heating contractors are qualified to install and advise on WOLF products. We support installers throughout Germany via our sales offices.
