01. Industrial apprenticeships
Keep things running smoothly
As an industrial mechanic, you will ensure that our machines and production facilities are always ready for operation. You will get to know your machines like the back of your hand. If a fault occurs, you will know exactly where to look and how to rectify the problem. In the course of repairs, you will order the required spare parts or make them yourself. An important part of your job will be to monitor and optimise our production processes. This means that regular quality control will be a critical part of your work.
If you have a secondary school diploma or a secondary school leaving certificate, your training as a mechatronics technician will last 3.5 years.
All our technologies depend on energy
The production hall and assembly site are the places where you will learn and work. You will assemble appliances based on circuit diagrams, test functions using measuring devices, lay cables and set up installation systems. Your work will be varied because you have to deal with a wide range of power distribution, control, signalling, drive technology and lighting systems. In addition to planning and installation, your duties will also include maintenance and servicing.

Help shape the energy transition
As a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air handling technology, you will plan and install new, intelligent technologies and heating systems. In this way, you will be actively helping to shape the energy transition. You will work on heating and sanitary systems in various areas and take care of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair. You will also be responsible for integrating the systems into smart homes and complex building technology systems.

The link between mechanical and electronic systems
Mechatronics technicians are the interface between mechanical and electronic systems. You will manufacture plant components, assemble them into complex systems, study circuit diagrams and technical drawings, plan work steps and determine material requirements. You will also commission and operate the systems.
If you have a secondary school diploma or a secondary school leaving certificate, your training as a mechatronics technician will last 3.5 years.
A close eye on every part
You are responsible for actually building our products: whether individual parts or existing assemblies – you connect components by screwing, riveting, bonding or soldering. You route cables and assemble hose and pipe connections. No matter what you do, you know how things fit together and how multiple parts become a single appliance. If you enjoy manual work and have an eye for detail, you could be the perfect production mechanic.

Instrumentation and control engineering at the highest level
Physics was your thing at school and you are interested in technology and electronics? Harness your knowledge as an electrical systems fitter and learn more about your favourite subjects. The innovative production techniques, complex assemblies and well-equipped workshops at WOLF will keep your training varied and engaging. You will process standard components and also manufacture custom parts. You will also take care of maintenance and repairs in the Service department.
If you have a secondary school diploma, your training as an electrical systems fitter will last 3 years.
Communication between humans and machines
All production processes at WOLF would grind to a halt if our machines did not work smoothly. Your duties as a machine and plant operator will include setting up, commissioning and operating machines and production equipment. You will monitor production processes, control the flow of materials and be the expert who knows about all the machines in use at WOLF. With diligence, patience and sense of responsibility, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly in Production.

Keeping an eye on the perfect temperature
As a mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, you will be an expert in refrigeration and air handling equipment. Your duties will range from planning your own drawings to installing appliances as well as assembly and maintenance. If you are good with your hands and want to learn about welding, soldering, bolting and flanging, this is the perfect apprenticeship for you.

A talent for keeping things organised and moving
During your training as a warehouse logistics specialist, you will ensure that WOLF’s logistics infrastructure is perfectly organised. You will take care of the proper storage of goods, prepare them for transport, research sources of supply and obtain transport offers. Organisation is the key to successful production and this is where your strengths come into play.

02. Technical apprenticeships
The language of drawings
Do you enjoy drawing, designing and mathematics? Start your training at WOLF as a technical product designer. You will use CAD software to create drawings, visualisations and parts lists for the Mechanical Engineering department. You will prepare design and assembly plans for our wide range of products and components. You will also learn how to create exploded views and product descriptions. You will be producing the blueprints from which your colleagues work.
If you have a secondary school diploma or secondary school leaving certificate, your training as a technical product designer will last 3.5 years.
03. Commercial & IT apprenticeships
A flair for brands and communication
Give your creativity free rein as a marketing communications specialist. Your responsibilities will include analysing markets and target groups, managing advertising campaigns, social media and public relations, and organising events and partnerships. Help us make the WOLF brand shine brightly and gain valuable insights into the effectiveness of marketing measures.
If you have A-levels or a vocational diploma, your training as a marketing communications specialist will last 3 years.
An expert in data and technology
As an IT management specialist, you will take care of the procurement and administration of WOLF’s information and communication systems You will get to know IT requirements and their associated costs, and you will keep abreast of developments in the industry so we are always up to date with the latest technology. You will become an expert at dealing with data and processes, all from an economic and business management perspective. You will also be responsible for advising and training users. In a nutshell: you will make a significant contribution to the digitalisation process at WOLF.
If you have a secondary school leaving certificate, your training as an IT management specialist will last 3 years.
Communication between humans and technology
As an IT specialist for system integration, you will be the direct contact person for technical issues at WOLF. You will plan the company’s IT and telecommunication systems. You will take care of installation, training, maintenance and troubleshooting, always using modern expert systems and diagnostics.
If you have a secondary school leaving certificate, A-levels or vocational diploma, your training as an IT specialist will last 3 years.
Software that considers its users
In your training as an IT specialist for application development, you will not only work with software, you will also consider the needs of users. You will code and test applications for users, ensuring that the software is usable and user-friendly. You will also provide training and advice.
If you have a secondary school leaving certificate, high school diploma or vocational diploma, your training as an IT specialist for application development will last 3 years.
The essence of communication skills
Are you communicative, organised and interested in commercial topics? Perfect! Start training to be an industrial management specialist at WOLF. You will get to know the entire company and work in almost all areas during your training – from production planning and purchasing to sales, marketing, legal and HR. You will work with various software applications, coordinate the departments and handle correspondence and other communication. Your activities will also include working at reception and in the mailroom. If you also wish to qualify as a foreign language correspondent (as defined by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce), your vocational school curriculum will also include English lessons.
